We want you to love your candy!
If something’s not right, here’s how returns work:
➡️ Standard returns:
You may return unopened candy within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@funtastycandy.com with your order number — we’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
(Please don’t ship anything back without checking with us first!)
🍫 Melted or damaged on arrival?
No worries — we’ll replace or refund within 48 hours once you send us a quick photo of the issue.
❌ Non-returnable items:
We can’t accept opened food, sale items, or gift cards.
💵 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
